Explain to your long haired boss ,that its no longer a spare room ,ITS A MAN CAVE ! Its the un written rule ,they own the bedroom kitchen dining room and sitting room.The man cave is home to PC parts ,old phones , radiator keys ,random padlocks ,old remote controls ,guns ,airsoft stuff and MANTIQUES ( mantique being a new term for 10 year old Xmas gifts that were never wanted ,such as books from random TV stars ,slippers ,old spice and stickers from the last Mc Donalds Monopoly drive )

If she still doesn't except these terms ,feel free to remove EastEnders and Corry from the Sky planner and play dumb about the reason their missing ,or have yourself gelded and live like a girl ,your call
