For those of you with grenade launchers
5 April, 2009, 20:18
I call upon the with thy m203eth or simmilar grenade launchers.
I'm away to get one for my Scar and I was wondering what brands of ammo you guys use? 40mm shells use alot of BB's per shot so I'm looking for a cheap solution but cheap BB's usually means ones with loads of imperfections and ultimately blockages.
Could you reccomend brands that while not being great for AEG use might be better suited for 40mm grenades?
I bought some cheap 0.12g's off ebay and they were terrible.
So any help chaps?

Re: For those of you with grenade launchers
Just regular .20g's work well
My brother has a CAW revolver launcher. I personally don't like grenade launchers, they're useless for anything but indoors.
Try the BAW tubes. Cheap and good

Re: For those of you with grenade launchers
... I just use plain old 0.2g, but I don't see why you cant just use 0.12grams and a few 0.2grams theroetically (<- :P), then you should get the 0.12 flying out and the 0.2g going more straight... I dont see why you should get blockages unless you get larger than normal bbs (which I haven't seen) and the tubes all the bbs fit into could probably fit 6.5mm bbs+
