Reliability of Parcel Farce's Saturday service?

    Reliability of Parcel Farce's Saturday service?

    Hi guys,

    So sold a RIF on this here forum and paid through the teeth for a Parcel Farce 24 hour Saturday delivery (this was on the Friday morning BTW) at the buyer's request. To cut a long story short the damn thing didn't arrive as it should have today and the tracking info simply shows that it is still at the forwarding depot.

    So pretty attrocious service as ever from the good guys at Arsel Farce but has anyone ever used this service and found it reliable or had success claiming their money back for failing to deliver (quite literally)?

    At work we send about 5-6000 parcels a week with ParcelFarce, probably about 10% of which are sent as Saturday Delivery, last month, 1 parcel arrived on the saturday. The rest, we just got pitiful excuses for why they couldn't deliver the rest.

      Sounds about right, I rarely hear good stories about parcel force.

          Apart from RIFs can only go on express 48 hour service under parcel forces rules for low powered air weapons.
          section 24 of the 1968 Act
          Supplying imitation firearms to minors
          1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
          2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.

            They are complete white, but in my experience if you shout at them enough down the phone they have been known to refund you, or even offer you vouchers for future deliveries...but yeah, not great
            don't get mad at people who don't call their hits, if they didn't call it you must have missed...keep shooting...reload if you have to...
