Tips on stopping attachments coming off ris rails

Ive just bought a torch to fit on my CAA Roni kit. But you can easily move it off.
Has anyone got any tips to make it harder for stuff to come off.

Pack the mount out with electrical tape. Works for me.

As above. Card, tape, anything like that to make the rail a smidge bigger

kitchen foil works quite well if you fold it over a couple of times.
