Regarding "Internal Server Error" when Ordering...

We are due to switch to our new website platform on 18th, however the server for our current website moved yesterday and not all ISP's DNS have been fully propogated yet with the new location. To flush DNS yourself please follow these instructions which will then enable you to see the new location:

To flush their DNS locally they will need to:

1. Open a DOS command prompt in Windows. This can be done by: Start > Programs > Accessories > Command prompt. Or Start > Run > type "cmd" (minus quotes) and press enter.

2. At the prompt, type “ipconfig /flushdns” (minus quotes) then press enter. You should get a message saying the DNS resolver cache has been cleared.

3. Reboot your broadband router.
