How to get suppressor on ICS MP5 A4?

Hi I am rather new to airsoft.
I have just got an ICS MP5 A4 and want to put a suppressor on it. However it doesn't have a ccw thread on it. Is there a way to get a ccw thread on it? If so could you please tell me how and preferably the cheapest way to.

Yes there are 2 options,

Buy this and use purely 14mm CCW threads

Or

"Guarder mp5 barrel lug adaptors" that have both a CCW thread (14mm), and a 3 prong QR adaptor.

ZeroOne don't sell the latter AFAIK but i'm sure GoogleFu can help you.
