Re: Parcel Farce disaster!!
They also managed to break a hop unit clean in half within a gun box in last couple days.
Unless it is insured... you going to have problems

Re: Parcel Farce disaster!!
last claim I had took 6 weeks from start to finish. the sender has to make sure every i is dotted and t crossed or its buggered. Problem I had was that they wanted proof of posting, proof of value (and ebay selling sheet did not count!) and half a dozen other things. Best thing you can do is provide as good as pictures to the seller as possible of the damage and go from there.

Re: Parcel Farce disaster!!
Hey guys
Just a note.
I swaped my P90 for an M4 and I used parcel monkey to ship.
Cost me £7.02 for next day delivery. They picked the box up at 6pm and it was delivered the next day at 12:45 in Scotland.
They used city link and it was as smooth as the best BB you use...
Give them a go next time...

i wish i knew mate, all i do know is they broke it so they'll do the paying!!!
thats the whole point of insurance i guess, and it says in their claims page that it becomes their property...so christ knows whats going to happen....its early days yet mate.
edit:it'll be the sender getting any payout ,then i guess the refund will appear then.i hope

Re: Parcel Farce disaster!!
Once you have told them what was inside the package you will find they will use there terms and conditions to get out the claim
From there website under Prohibated items
ARMS AND AMMUNITION
All types of ammunition are prohibited from being sent using any of the Services. Section 1 and 2 arms and firearms may be permitted for Zone 1 to Zone 1 collections and deliveries for account Customers only, subject to prior written agreement being provided by Parcelforce Worldwide to the Customer, such agreement to be given at Parcelforce Worldwide's absolute discretion.
Zone 1 to Zone 1 Collections and deliveries of Section 1 and 2 arms and firearms will only be accepted where it can be shown to Parcelforce Worldwide's satisfaction that both the Customer and the addressee are registered firearm dealers. All types of firearms are prohibited from import and export to and from the UK.
Further information about UK firearms law can be obtained from the Home Office.
And as a Ex parcel force driver, yes replica firearms are under the same terms and conditions,im having similar issues with them at the moment over a RIF i sent through them that was damaged
Load of bollox if you ask me though
