Hi Everyone i was just wondering i have a youtube channel does this count as a video production Company? And Can i Use this as a ukara alternative? as i can not get ukara as i am under age!

So your saying if customs seized your item and asked for defence you could use a Youtube video as defence? Is this actually correct?

A large YouTuber who uses guns as re-enactments could class that as a defence as that is what the YouTuber 'Tomska' does as he explains it in one of his videos but just starting out I wouldn't class it as a defence.

i am going to a airsoft site /store on sunday i will see if they would accept that as a defence. i am thinking as it is a sketchy area every retailer will be different.

Taken straight from the UKARA website:

What must Re-enactment people and Airsoft players do to show the are bona fidi?

Both these groups must show that their activities are covered by third party liability insurance and that they are over 18, in the case of Airsoft Players they must also show that they are regular players at an accredited game site. Which means they must be a member of a game site with the appropriate Airsoft Insurance cover.
