Airlift weapons used in films and tv.

I was watching 'Narcos' on Netflix the other day and I noticed what appears to be an airsoft M4 being used. The possible give away was the bottom of the mag has what appears to be a winding mechanism on it. (I think if you hover or click on the image it enlarges and it's possible to see it.)

Anyone else notice airsoft weapons being used in films or tv?

I thought that there would have been. I did a search under film and tv, and came up with nothing, which surprised me.
