For me, Heroshark Mako goggles with prescription inserts work brilliantly when the inserts are treated with DEFOGit.

Fogtech DX. Never fogged with it. Ever.

Neat washing up liquid smeared in a very thin layer over the inside of the lens.

Keep the area at the top of your cheeks, nose and around your eyes dry and you won't fog being doing this for 10 years don't fog anymore.

This is apparently what the army teaches (an ex squaddie showed me) and you don't see millions spent on de fogging spray and I wear glasses and over glasses so should fog lots.

What I don't really get is that the paintball industry sorted this out years ago with thermal lenses. It's unheard of with modern paintball lenses. Why can't I just buy some JT spectras or some dyes or Empires or whatever without the face mask bit?

                  (Or maybe I can?)

You can buy thermal lenses for revision and ESS goggles.

Problem is nobody in the UK stocks them so you have to buy them from the US. $29.99 not bad? But you've got to pay $40 shipping and VAT and handling charges when they get here so you're looking at the thick end of £50 just for a lens.

I saw someone recommend not wearing anything with a peak on your head as this aides fogging, i found that helped, it's part of keeping a good air flow across the lenses

ESS Turbofan goggles with fogtech on the inside of a thermal lens.... it's about 99% effective.

Foggles, they are goggles already made of fog so they can't fog up!

I've heard fraggles wear foggles when they work.

In all seriousness, remove your headwear. Ball caps are the worst thing for fogging glasses. You can be dripping wet with sweat, with fogged up glasses. You take that hat off, and give it a minute and the fog will be gone.

Also breathing out your mouth instead of your nose works a treat too
