There is a website that sells real bowman headsets modified to work with motorola two pin radios...can't give the name out though...
But google this: "bowman headset motorola" and it's the first non sponsored link.

Re: any one good at molding and moding?
you wont get one inside a prr, I used to break them for spares in Iraq, the L/H side is seperate to the main unit, and with the battery compartment taking up a fair amount of space at the bottom, doesnt leave much room for anything else, the internals of the main body are crammed in tighter than a nuns crotch!
As for the bayonett, I could do it for you, but due to the design of the bayonett, it would be far too brittle, as the handle is hollow and forms part of the moulding process. That coupled with the silicone, costing near £40 for a decent cast... not really financially viable.
Best bet? try and find a broken one, they are poorly cast and the blades are very prone to snapping, all you need is an inch max of the base of the blade for it to sit lovely in a scabbard, and your set for the look, wont upset any site rules as its blunt at the base, and you wont get pulled for carrying!

Re: any one good at molding and moding?
Try the cold steel website? They specialise in replica weapons and rubber knives/swords and I *think* do custom orders. Failing that, get a real SA80 bayonet, snap the blade off and replace it with the rubber blade from a cold steel training knife...
Thats about the best I can think of, not sure about the radio though, but if memory serves a certain banned website sells PMR's that look like bowmans?

Hi guru,
RE: SA80 bayonet
Iv'e been asked to make a replica by a friend and am looking into ordering
materials now. I will probably cast in a hard black rubber and the knife will be
an exact replica of the original minus the small metal catch that secures
the bayonet to the rifle, this wont be needed as the knife should stay on by friction alone.
Will post results if any one is interested and I will be able to cast more to order if anyone is interested.
Give me a couple of weeks to sort out materials and get the job done

Re: any one good at molding and moding?
Your going to have issues with the flash hider vent holes, either need to block them and cut them out afterwards, or re-invent the wheel when it comes to moulding it!
Problem with then cutting out the vents, the structure is them compromised with regards to strength without internally bracing them (Like I do with long blades when I cast them in rubber, adding a bar or core for strength)
Cant do that with the curved shape there, and with its lack of thickness, so not sure how your going to do it...
Good luck, i'm interested in seeing how it pans out.
