Short shaft mate. Element or G&P are the best bang for buck

Erm, why would it need a motor upgrade to run the lowest voltage 'airsoft' battery?

Because SRC's use high torque motors which give a low rof on a low voltage battery. A G&P M120 is a high speed motor which works well even on low voltage batteries giving me a far greater rof within my battery limitations.

Stock SRC motors don't exactly set the world on fire with their ROF and trigger response. The difference with a G&P motor even on an 8.4 is quite noticeable.

I'm pretty sure a 7.4v 800mAh Lipo will fit...
