Zero One Xchange help,

Hey guys recently going through a part exchange through zero ones Xchange service, his has supposedly been picked up today and mine will be tomorrow, the agreed ammount to be paid as well for my TM recoil was 200 on top of his gun he is sending me, upon request on payment he replied saying when the zero one tech gives the all clear on my gun, Im a bit confused do zero one as part of their xchange service check the guns and then send them over? as im sure payment for the goods should be done before my gun is collected, need help asap just to make sure.
