    Hi guys I'm based in hampshire looking for a job in airsoft I do a lot of upgrades mostly for friends and teammates just looking to see if there's anything out there for a change and challenge

    Glad to see keen players but it might be a bit difficult to get employed as an airsoft technician It's not exactly a job that you'll find advertised, but you could take on work from customers and do it privately.

    It'll also be quite difficult to get any work until you get a name for yourself, people are hesitant to send their guns to someone they don't know.

        I was fortunate to get my part time job as a tech, I just happened to find that the shop had recently lost its tech from an airsoft related injury, and I offered to fix a tricky gun for free and it went from there
