Blackviper USP Style Tactical Gas Pistol cock/mechanism problem...
30 November, 2016, 22:58
(not sure where to post this)
Hi,
I have a Blackviper USP Style Tactical Gas Pistol (photo attached) which I’m looking to sell (no magazine as it started/kept on leaking Gas and was just disposed of). The gun hasn’t been used in a while (over a year) and has been in storage.
(A new magazine can be purchased for £17.49 here
https://www.bbguns4l...usp-pistol.html
(not sure if other magazines will fit)
I want to put it up for sale (with no magazine) but when you cock the gun however either by pulling the hammer back or the slide back it takes several presses (2-6 approx) on the trigger for it to 'release/fire’
I’m not sure if it’s getting jammed / the mechanism isn’t working properly or if it’s supposed to do this/normal.
I checked a few videos however and when its coked and the trigger is pressed/fired it releases straight away.
This Only happens when you cock it back and (it seems in ‘great/working condition’ otherwise)
Anyone else had this problem?
Can provide more info. Thanks

No offence intended but I doubt anyone will want to buy a second hand gun that cost £17 new and is 1 faulty and 2 has no mag. I doubt you would get enough to cover postage.

Erm.. no offense but you might want to re-read... A NEW MAG COSTS £17... The gun itself brand new is £50...

Not quite sure if this is a attempt at a sale or a question on how to fix it lol , if it's to sell then to be honest after you take into account the fault and the missing mag you would be lucky to sell let alone get a worth while price after postage and fees

Can no one read?
He's looking to sell a gun, but it's broken. He describes the problem with the gun and he's wondering if "Anyone else had this problem?"
Ignore the waffling in the middle about the magazine cost etc...
It's not a very hard post to understand people...

Re: Blackviper USP Style Tactical Gas Pistol cock/mechanism problem...
Hi,
Yes, the gun costs £40-£50 (new) and a new magazine costs around £17. I am looking to sell the gun as it won't be used/no longer in use anyway. I don't want to put it up for sale if its 'faulty' or can be fixed first though, unless I state/note it in the ad that its faulty of course.
Again the Gun fires fine when the trigger is pressed and its seems in 'working order' but its just when you cock it, it takes several presses on the trigger for it to release/fire. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had that problem.

Very few people on here will have bought a gun like that, especially from a site like that. Do you know if it's a kwa or TM clone? Everyone's point still stands though. If it can be bought new for £40-50 and it don't have a mag that's -£17 so that's at best £32 if it was brand new, but it's not and it's faulty. If you can strip the gun and take pictures I can try to help, but I'm telling you now, you won't get £10 for that.

First thing to try , has it been lubricated since you got it ? Could be sticking due to that.
