MAS-G grenade any views on this forthcoming product
18 January, 2017, 12:43
Hi Guys
https://www.molyneux.systems/shop/in...te=common/home
Havent posted in a while but a link for the following product turned up on my FB feed and being a fan of BFG's I am quite interested. mainly by its optional delay.
My dynatecs are just too short at 3-4 secs (I am after dramatic effect rather than kills)
Could find anything anywhere on the forum (hope i looked hard enough)
Any one and views on this

Looks like a neat idea. I'm just skeptical as to its durability. It would have to be very tough for the electronics to survive being chucked around.

Exactly why I haven't pressed the buy button
I would prefer to get one from the 2nd batch to see how they fare in the field

Another concern is I'd have expected it to cost more than it does. That really just underpins my first concern really. I can't see this being as robust as existing BFG's, then have all these electronic functions AND be only £120

It was supposed to have been released last year (start of summer) it rattled a few peoples cages due to lack of communication and the constant delays. I'd be interested to see how this now turns out after withdrawing my funding from the initial crowdfunding.

I'm intrigued with it.
It's massively over complicated and pretty pointless but does offer options other BFGs don't.
However from experience I've found Airsoft and electronics don't get along.
Oh and it appears to have some sharpish looking edges on it (on the top), these bits are rounded on the BFG. It weighs 650+ grams so it's a lump that will hurt if it hits you, combined with Airsofters idea of underarm throws I can foresee issues.
I am still intrigued as to its reliability and flexibility though.

To be honest I primarily got mine to be used as a trip device

Re: MAS-G grenade any views on this forthcoming product
It'll be like most airsoft products, over priced and unreliable, I wanted a multi shot buff so invested in an alpha tech grenade, after 2 games the internals where shot! And that's just a basic mechanical grenade with no electronics, imagine how these will hold up under a few games of being thrown about like there's no tomorrow?
I'd love to be wrong but I'm very skeptical about most things "new" in Airsoft as a lot of it tends to be s#%*.
