Re: where can i get it?
Why can't you get the screws out. Have you stripped the heads? If so try drilling out the screws. A much cheaper option, and screws are a little easier to source and replace.

Re: where can i get it?
Take a drill bit smaller than your screw diameter, drill straight down through the length of the screw. This will remove the screw without damaging the grip

Re: where can i get it?
erm, isn't that what I said, pretty much. You have to drill the length of the screw though and not just the head.
Just taking the head off, the screw wont jus "pop"out as you say. It is still screwed in and he still has the same problem ie not being able to get the screw out.
Once you have screwed through the screw itself it weakens the wall of the screw and you can get it out easily.

Re: where can i get it?
You can get a set of 'easy out's' tools used specifically for this.
You will have to do what jfox said and drill a hole smaller than the diameter of the screw you are going to remove. Select the easy out that fitsinside the hole and gently but firmly turn it anti clock wise.
Halfords or other motor factors will stock them.
Or if you have any way of cutting a straight slot accross the head of the screws you could then get a flat screwdriver on to it. Possibly easier deffo cheaper.

Just going on the title of this thread, I'd say head to the red light district.
Anyway, this is what I do to any screws that wear down, works very well indeed:
