ICS Compatibility

Alright guys, apologies if it's been asked a million times but I may be getting an ICS M4 Full Metal/Full Stock on friday. If I get it I'll be planning to make a few changes to the gun, maybe a new stock or forgrip ect. I'm just wondering, is the ICS M4 compatible with most of the magpul stuff? And what about mags, does it take TM mags or what other kind would it accept.

Mags wise most M4 mags will work. The only ones from memory that may cause an issue are the magpul green label mags. They cause issues in alot of M4's not just ICS. To fit a non ICS stock you'd need a stock adaptor, and for the front end you can fit a magpul moe on there with some modding
