Can I deal with G&3G directly?

Hi guys I'm haveing a nightmare trying to get a Lower receiver case for my G&G Combat Machine
CM16 SRS
I've called every shop I can find and no one can help me out with the part.
What's more most places I've spoken to don't want to help me out ordering the part, I feel a bit let down that shops are happy to sell their airsofts but reluctant to help out with parts unless they have it on the shelf.
The rifle is pretty much brand new so I really don't want to throw it away.
I've heard of people dealing with G&G direct but I've sent them messages through their site but they have not replied to me. I gave them the part number which is CM16 SR-03-19 thinking it might make it easier for them.

An email to the address I gave you usually gets a response; remember that there is a considerable time difference between the UK and Taiwan that causes communications delays.

Hi mate the address you Sent me takes me to their website not a email address.
So I went through the send them a message section but no joy yet.
I tried to find a email address for them but no luck.

They are normally rapid too... I had enquired about a hop unit on a Friday, got a response and paid for on a Saturday, part was with me following Thursday.
