ZeroOne account password

I've been trying to order something from zeroone for the past 2 days, but I've forgotten my password. I've tried the 'forgotten password' thing the best part of a million times but nothing comes through to my inbox or junk box. I can't see a guest checkout anywhere and I've had no answer on zeroone's phone lines. What am I missing here?

Did you sign up with a hotmail account?

If so you need to add z1 as a safe sender otherwise you wont get your emails bud
