Airsoft can be traced back as far as 1066 - fact.
Haha thats awesome.. until someone thought they'd take it to the next stage and some poor chump got an arrow to the eye ^_^ no wonder bb guns are assosiated with anti social behavior! lol

Guy who did that got busted later for not having a lime green bow, that was like his first skirmish, he like took it out in public after the skirmish and got busted by the sheriff of Nottingham!

those were japanese air rifles with a power comparable to a .45acp round fired from a 1911.
a trained shooter could get 6 shots off per minuite.
and it was the 17th centuray as a hunting weapon, to kill boar and other large game

He tried getting out of it you know! He claimed to the authorities that he had a licence but he left it back home in Normandy... :D

Not then, but rubber suckers on the sharp end became all the rage. Mainly introduced as an early PTW.
