Well, you may not get an actual deact AK for £200 but you will get a Type-56 or Yugo M82 which looks pretty much the same

Ive just been on a classified web that sells deacs and they had a ak74 for £200 and a akm for £175

edit its an ak47 ms for £200 folding stock

Deffo get a deac if it's for display.
I was looking at some yesterday , either a choice of Russian full stock or Bulgarian made AK ... £135 plus £10 postage ... they were advertised as well used but that's what AK's should look like , it gives them more charecter

that still seems expensive, theres a fella here that will do ya a deact ak for 80 snoops, although they have solid internals. about a tonne gets you one thats the bolt handle can still be racked back.

i saw someone do it with a thompson and it looked pretty good
