    A lipos lifespan is about 2 years wether you use it or not, you can do the process of disposing above or bring it to a local battery recylce place.

                  you cant because lipos are super powerful highly reactive batteries that start fires when shorted. so a rubbish tip full of ordinary batteries = lots of metals = short circuting lipos = big dangerous electrical fire

                          Well done mas you done it properly then?. BTW Li Pos last a hell of a lot longer than 2 years pal. I have one still going strong after 5. Li Pos swell for a huge variety of reason. Storing on a full charge, Lithium anode degrading, Co2 forming inside the pack countless other reason, Storing at the wrong temperatures. There are many reasons.
