ICS - TM MP5 Compatibility

If i were to put a tm upper reciever and lower reciever on a ics mp5 and a ics mp5 lower reciever and upper reciever on a tm mp5. Would it fit?

I think the lowers might be at least, as my ICS has the marui style pistol grip shape and smooth lower, rather than the ICS style with all the raised bits, leads me to presume its a marui lower ... I bought it second hand see as an ICS

also, I use a systema V2 for it, and they are supposed to be made for a marui, thus the ICS upper ought to fit fine too, as it fits on mine
