What are the capacities on G3 magazines (metal)?
I've seen 500 round ones as well as 70 round. What I'm after is one with a decent cap (between 100 and 300) that I
don't
have to wind. ... because I hate that...

Pretty sure King Arms do some plastic midcaps. Roughly the same cap. as you want, and no winding, but they are plastic....

And KA middcaps dont have the greatest reputation either, they tend to be more than a bit jammy
