Re: Dragunov scope question
Where the side rail, mounts and scope tube form a box, there's normally a small switch somewhere within. On that scope looks like it's the little black nub on the opposite side of the adjustment turret

Re: Dragunov scope question
It's right above the locking lever for mounting the scope. You can see a little piece of metal sticking out that has four holes in it. Theres a little black rubber switch behind that. To turn it on you flick it upwards

I depends on the variant, I've seen them with a push switch, a dial and a toggle switch before

Re: Dragunov scope question
It might be one of the ones for the knock-off real steel SVD (can't remember the country, Romania I think).
The bottom-end clones are matte black and have a few differences (around £70), yours looks like the gap between the china clones and the real steel, I think around £150 iirc

Re: Dragunov scope question
Belarus, sounds like you might have the not quite military spec version, it was basically a scope made under licence that performed very similar to the original PSO1 scope, it just wasnt as well finished, and the optics were not quite as good. But still a dam good scope. Id like to get my hands on the IR detection version.
section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.
