      Also see if you can get a pipe cleaner up the tube. Just to make sure that all the crap is off the inside of it.

      Which reminds me, must go and clean mine i'll need it for cycling!

          You can get cleaning kits for them, basically a set of pipe cleaners but the really handy bit em is a flex coat hanger type thing that goes in the bladder and helps it to dry out properly.

            Prior warning regarding baby bottle tabs like milton

            some people including my self and the parents if you have suffered or do suffer from any respiratory problems, avoid! seriously, can stop you breathing in a tick, so just be careful.

            I use barcarb soda with some water, works fine! or just scrub it out with a expendable brush
