full face mask with a difference

ok in my search to be enqueue i have had an idea to make a full face mask but like have the jaw move with mine but i cant figer it out like how would i make it move up and down like the joint yea easy just get some pop rivets and a slip disk in there just the movement any ideas?

use elastic inside just to provide some tention to return the jaw

I seem to recall HeroShark posting a short video a while back of him in a full face mask with moving jaw piece.
Maybe you should ask him?

no bearing, all elastic think about the structure of the jaw. You need the side to side movement ,which you would not get with a bearing. I modded mine on a mask I had already made so its not how I would do it from scratch. I'd basically make it as a skull with tendons

Did you mould it using into the shape of your jaw? I like that elastic idea for the joints.

The mask I used was from a face mold ,I wouldn't do it any other way tbh. I could make one much better from scratch ,but I haven't the time at the moment. http://s283.photobucket.com/albums/k...t=MOV01303.mp4

I always thought my eyes were quite emotive .Something like that £150-180 depending on the full specs.

I think if you worked that down to an hourly rate to make something like that, probably not too bad value.

Looks amazing, beyond my bank balance allows though!
