Re: can leftys use a 3 point sling?
Many guns have the ablilty to have a three point sling used by both a lefty or righty. For instance, i could use my G36 and my M16 with the sling on both sides, but, as sniperian said, the SA80 series (L85A2, L86A2, L85A1, etc) were clearly designed by a right handed person as if you try to fire it lefty, you get the shell in your face and a broken jaw thanks to the bolt. You wont get it on an airsoft SA80- well you might get a clonk on the jaw with a blowback one- but it wont have the sling mounts.
So your M16 and your VSR yes, you need to use the loop at the end to create a sling hook on the backside of the stock, but its a good idea to learn to shoot relativly comfortably with both hands

If you aren't laughing, you're doing it wrong.
