These seem quite similar to Brasher Supalite Hybrid XCR Walking Boots although these are a slightly lower cut. hope that helps !

I go with Lowa, as thats my favourite boot maker and I'm sure that I see them on thier website. And yes that ACOG looks a bit small

The Acog sights in the game are a bit weird. They sit far too low as well. They're more like an aim point!
