Maintenance for a GBB pistol?

So i've just purchased a TM P226 GBB (with plans to fit a metal kit in the future) and i'm wanting to know a few things (search threw a wobbly)

What gas to use for plastic and metal pistols?
Do I need gas to shoot with AND maintenance gas?
Which lubricants would I need for plastic and metal GBB pistols? Degreaser and grease?
Recommended brands for the above very welcome!
