is Star marui compatible?

I was recently browsing the Asian hobby of E and i found a nice M4 crane stock w/ tube, however they say its compatible with Star AEG, does that mean its not compatible with marui at all? as far as i know Star are now and accesories only brand which makes that sorta pointless

I have put many a stock on to different types of weapon and the only awkward one i have found is when using ICS stock tubes on other weapons and vice versa as the channels that stop the tube rotating is tapered on the ics

As far as i've seen it is fine, the only problem is usually fitting non ICS AEGs with ICS brand accessories etc because they are generally slightly different sizes due to the manufacturing.

If it's Star/Ares, their M4 buffer tubes are real dimensions... I.E. not marui compatible.
