My sale and the mag not working

Hi I recently sold my cyma m14 and before I sent I took It out and too some shots to make sure it worked and everything was fine.
The byer received the gun today and he took it out for some shots and aperently the mag isn't feeding so I've suggested cleaning it out but I'm not sure what else to do
so my question: What would you do?

Did you have any proof the mag was working fine before you sent it? Personally Id have the buyer return the mag to you so you can check its working or not, if its broke, send him a refund of the price of the mag and postage cost. If its not, send it back to him.

Hey its me the mags broken for disassembled it seems the tension coil had snapped re-bended a new section and its all working :D
