P90 - Predator?

Hey,

I've really wanted to know. What makes up a P90 Predator?

And why is it called a P90 Predator when you get all of these attachments etc.?

its just called a predator to make it sound cool and the thing that makes it is

front ris
silencer
and box mag
even though it looks better with the standard mag

So there is no real purpose or meaning to the name?

Well i have the box mag lol. Silencer i'm ordering soon and front ris won't be to much to afford.

I would try without the box mag as it makes it awkward to fire it left handed if your that way inclined or abidextrious

The predator is a custom deal Z1 does. If you look under custom guns there on their website there is a few guns with pretty unique looks.

Technically just slapping a rail, a box mag and a silencer dosen't make it a 'predator' though yes, that name dosen't really mean anything per say.

I seem to remember someone at GZ (maybe Rampage or Tyler..) having a P90 Predator a few years back. It had three red laser units on the RIS (one each side, one on the top). When all three lasers were on & aimed at a target, it looked like the Predator's laser targeting system from the films..ie 3 red dots.

I dunno. For the price tag on the Z1 predator, I'd prefer it if the term stayed reserved for that. Ie, all genuine Laylax/TM/G&P etc parts. I guess there's nothing stoping you calling it a predator even if its a predator clone if anything. I supposed its more of a configuration than a specific gun.

Edit @ Rich: Rampage certainly had the full Z1 predator kit, though I dont think he ever went as far as putting the 3 visible laser plan into action. I could be wrong though, that was quite some time ago.

I did indeed get 3 lasers mounted to my predator, in order to make the weapon more like its namesake, however only 1 laser came with it.



You can just about make out the 3 lasers.

Think I only saw that gun once before you changed to a different part of your armory and eventually dissasembled it. I remember it was costing you a bomb as the internals were eating themselves.

So the name pretty much if anything, resembles only the predator's target system of 3 lasers.

I've allways been curious as i have never known if it was from a film or whatever.

By the way, Rampage. That's a good looking p90 :D

Anybody care to recommend me some lasers, not to expensive ones....
