Hello is it possible to show me how to delete some of my saved topics it says I'm over my 600 quota and I'm pulling out what little hair I have left trying to delete them but even though Ive deleted a load of messages I still get the same error and can't message anyone, thanks

Have you emptied the trash?

Messages >> Go To Message Center

Then on the left click Trash, then Select All and then the Delete Permanently button
