Preparing Burlap

Hi guys will be purchasing a webtex concealment vest in the future.
And burlap.
How do I prepare it?
and apply on the vest

Buy the webtex ghillie garnish, it comes already died in three colours including; sand,olive and green i think.
Its pretty easy to put on, either tie on to the elastic straps or better yet sew them on so you can still shove foiliage under the straps. Heres a good example of how the real deal do it..

Just shove some natrual stuff under the straps.

Ok cool yea I was going to sew it on lightly then the rest of it would be grass and what not collected from the area im camping in for sniping.
