What brand AK mags

Ive just picked up a CYMA/Cybergun AKS 74U,

I was going to get CA metal mids caps but they are at bit out of my price range at the min.

What do you recomend instead? Star-King Arms? Or other

good old metal tm hi-caps are good, if your use hi-caps...

the star lo caps are just too plastic for my liking.

the TM standard 70 rdrs that come with TM's are very good, but i don't think/know if you can buy them seperately.

suppose if you put up a thread in the wanted section for them you might get lucky, i have 5 of them (#facepalm# how many TM ak47's i've owned), unfortunately mine ain't for sale.

I think i may be better off holding on and getting the CA metal mids. Ive got them for my M4 and they've never let me down.

MAG mags are very good and not expesive either.

£40 for 5 mag magazines. I'll give them a try then

What brand mags fit the Cyma ak's then? Mag, ca, Cyma...

Jg? Ics? TM? Ka?

Ive tried a few today and they all worked fine, tried JG, CYMA and Tm

Just buy less decent mags and buy more when you can afford it... If you buy loads of cheap mags, you'll just end up with loads of mags that don't feed well.

Buy 5 good mags as opposed to ten cheap ones and you'll probably still end up with 5 working ones either way...

ok. I have one AK mag that wont stay solidly in my magwell. The top lip of the mag is too short!
