KSC mp7 silencer adapter

Not sure if this has been asked before but cant find a silencer adapter for the tokyo marui mp7 as nowhere in the uk seem to have it in stock (mine didnt have one when i bought it strangely) can anyone confirm if the ksc adapter would work for the tm or the threads totally different?
