I'm going to assume you mean to bring into the UK?

So long as you are over 18, and the primary "colour" is unrealistic - then yes. No orange tip required.

I'd add though, hardly any weapons are worth buying from USA as they work out the same or cheaper (after postage & tax) to buy here!

Oh just a little springer for my younger brother its christmas coming up and i thought itll be a great surprise its the Famas Foreign Legion Clear Spring Airsoft Rifle (Officially Licensed Product) some guys chronographed it and it did 383 fps w 0.2s and it is very accurate for a springer so i thought not bad!

It is indeed! With real transparent weapons, gone will the days of having to spray your rifle in camo! There'll be no need! People will look at your gun and just look right through it! They'll be invisible!

as someone whos never taken any of his guns apart, i saw one of these in a shop the other day and thought "so thats where that wire goes"!
