what are these M4 patriots based from?? i did google it, but i got lots of pictures of patriot M4's not an actual explination! :p any ideas??

its just a way of making the m16 into a SMG
but not sure who the origional manufacturers were
olympic arms springs to mind but that could be something else

It's not everyones cup of tea, but im a huuuge MGS fan, so I had to.
I now have an S-Mag, so No wires for the automatic C-mag to feed.
2000 rounds continually! like the Patriot on MGS haha :D

The original was an Olymipc arms deal, they were made for tank crews or chopper crews but they were never officially put into use.
You can see a few pictures on google of US forces with them in Iraq/Afghanistan but it was never standard issue.

really? it has real life application?! surely tank crews would just use an SMG, not some wierd, ugly M4 connoction. :p
