39 here............28 years since I got my first Airsoft gun (way back when you could buy the DIY build Airsoft gun pistol kits in Hamley's of all places. Bet you can't get them there any more!)

29, everything started out with my first GAT .177 gun that I got for my 9th birthday. Accumulated a lot of toys over the years including a shotgun and FAC .22 rimfire. Don't really bother with those too much anymore an stick to the Airsoft and .177 pistol shooting

DIY Pistols? Good grief I have lead a sheltered life. I never knew you were able to get Airsoft guns in Hamleys!!!

Being a relative late comer to the sport I would really like to investigat the history of Airsoft since its inception. That's most likely a title for a thread?
