How would YOU run a Milsim?

How would YOU run a Milsim?

Ok so how would you do it?
Ammo limit?
Would you allow speed loaders or does ammo have to be in mags, no refills,How many rounds would you allow for each weapon type? Eg; standard AEG,sniper rifle,pistol,shotgun,support weapon,other
Mag capacity limit? would you allow hi-caps,mids or just low
Fps? What limit would you put on each weapon?
Support weapons? what would you let people take as a support gun?Would you allow the MG36,RPK or the Aug H-bar or only belt fed support guns?
Uniforms/teams? what teams would you have playing against each other? british army,sas,Spetznas ect.Woud you insist on apropriate uniforms to be worn for chosen teams?
What kind of site would you like to run it on? Woodland,Urban,CQB
What kind of game do you think would be best? sandard day game,weekend,night,24hour ect...
Erm i cant think of anymore rules that i can put down,surely some of you will come up with something ive missed.
Also this is for fun so if someone has an opinion you dont like please discuss it sensibly without just plain flaming them

Rifle - 600
Sniper - 75/100
Pistol - No Limit, but no reloading mags
Shotgun - 30 shells
Support Weapon - full box mag
Other, not sure that its specific :p

Standard Limits, 350, 425/500 for sniper

Belt Feeders only, Mg36 is just a g36 with a few aesthetic differences

To be honest that would severely limit the people who could play, i would divide the camo into two teams
What kind of site would you like to run it on? Woodland,Urban,CQB
Ideally, half woodland half urban, defiantely not CQB unless its an old hospital or some other big building

Half/Half : 24 Hour
CQB : unless there is still light in the building would have to be daytime really, may sound boring but its a pretty big health and safety risk to have a pitch black building with only torches

Also, in regards to respawning, i think that it should be every hour on the dot, both teams spawn from a random edge of the area, decided by marshals (woodland/urban). Not a clue for CQB. this is mainly to make sure that there is actually a purpose in killing but the game is not boring if you die early
Rough ideas of course, aq quick 5 minute plan

Just Mids/Lows, but carry as many as you like. Only refill at specific ammo dumps.
Fps? What limit would you put on each weapon?
Normal really... 500fps single/semi. 345fps everything else

Only legit support weapons, and restricted to one per squad, no ammo limit, but team members must carry ammo, not the gunner. Ammo must be carried in mags and not bottles.

Not massively important... Basically enforce a check your targets and friendly fire counts rule...

Anywhere for the weekend would be good. Respawn 15 minutes minimum and only with a combat squad. Squads reduced below fighting effective can elect to tactically retreat to the base and refit.

mags.
600 max bbs in mags of your choice.
weapons.
rifle 600
sniper rifle 50
pistol 3 mags
shotgun 5 shells
MG 1 box mag
FPS
328 on all semi/full auto weapons
450 on bolt action with a 25M MED
camo
team 1 - greens
team 2 - deserts
team 3 - civilian clothing
location - CQB one weekend concluding at woodland on the next weekend
rules are players can be medic'd once then have to go to regen for 15 minutes or until collected by 2 team members. medic time 120 seconds
trading WE M16A1 for CYMA or RS SVD with PSOP
