I stick to the MP5k When sniping It gives the best Mag capacity for size and using a TM one I can match range with many assault rifles. I must say though If I were sniping properly I would just carry a pistol but the temptation of having a fully auto blast is always too much.

Well... If you watch the openning Scene of the film Shooter, it would seem the Barret .50 cal is the best back up weapon.

Well, its a larger caliber rifle so I just went with the Barret off the top of my head. So the lesson to learn is that when sniping, as a back up weapon you need a bigger sniper rifle!

Or, the reason they had it, to take down any vehicles that come your way and attack you.

Just a pistol should be fine, unless you really have to take something bigger.
