Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
19 January, 2011, 17:14
Just watched resident evil degen
again and i noticed the character angela miller has a very nice and unusual mp5k.
Is there an mp5k around already like this? or what would be needed to create one similar to it? obviously a standard mp5k and A3/A5 sliding stock. But whatelse? if its even possible.

Re: Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
Used by Angela, it had a rail on top, and an interesting vertical foregrip attachment that is latched onto the weapon with a thumbhole and a flashlight integrated. It bears similarity to the MP5K/PDW, but has a G36C style rail on top and also a retractable buttstock instead of the PDW folding stock.
However, it does have a striking resemblance to the standard weapon in a recently released lightgun arcade game, Ghost Squad. [2] Only differences seem to be in the stock and vertical grip

Re: Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
agree, from the look of the front grip it's looks custom made. Maybe a G36 rail strip screwed to the top or something...

Re: Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
Laylax has a rail for the MP5K (their "Nitro Vo" line) that converts the top of an MP5K to all rail.

Re: Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
Im now going to upset you slightly.
As its obviously CGI they can make a gun look however they want.
Now back to reality, unfortunately the stock of a full size mp5 will not fit so as
ste887
said fibreglass, wire mesh and a shed load of time are the only way to get it looking anything like similar.
OH and by the look of the pic of the bird holding the gun it also requires you to cut the front off a P90.
so if you want to try it i would start with an mp5 (full size) and a p90,source the front end from an mp5k (if it will fit) ad again as ste887 said looks like a g36 rail with maybe some mp7 sights
so you now need
MP5 with sliding stock
mp5k forend
mp7 sights
p90 lower reciever (body)
G36 rail (?)
small torch
fibreglass kit
body repair mesh
fine isopon
a swear box (with money to put in)
and the template for the spares section when you finally give up (optional)
Would probly look good if you stuck with it though

Re: Resident Evil Degeneration: Unusual MP5k
To fit a regular MP5 stock to an MP5K, you just have to buy a stock adapter. They are made for real steel, and they do fit the airsoft ones, so the rail and stock are covered. You just need to do the P90 suggestion (a good idea actually) and you can have your custom gun!
