I have a Cyma m14. Buying a new bolt and front end (broken).

Once done i am thinking a tokyo marui hop up. Should i get the whole thing or just a good hop up rubber. If i was to get a whole new unit do i need to get the hop up rubber aswell?
What barrel? Tightbore or TK? I think it is over 330 fps but for my site, it has to be under 330 so if i was to get a tightbore i know it would increase it slightly. Do i need to buy a new spring? Any other upgrades or advice.
