    Hi, guys, I'm looking for CIRAS Tactical Vest by Strike Systems.
    I donot know the original model or make of the vest.
    and I really want a black one....
    so here is the question

      Krylon might work.

      It won't dye it as such but It'd pretty much envelope every fibre in its paint...

        it will form a hard and thing layer on the fibre. very easy to fall off...

          There's not really a good way to re-color modern vests. Honestly, you're better off flogging it and buying a black one.

          If you coat it heavily, it'll flake off eventually.
          If you give it half a dozen light coats, it'll flake off.
          Even if you dust it from a distance to make it look worn or whatever, it'll eventually just come off.

          You could still try it if you like, you'll just need to keep touching it up after use to keep it black.

            You need to boil dye it with an acid dye

            Here's a guide I followed some time back, turned out pretty well (tan to black)

              Get a Flyye or Pantac CIRAS instead because they do them in black, if you can't find any, PM me.
