pyrotechnic motar

hi there how would you go about making a smoke motar like this?

what makes the smoke greande fly out the motar is it a airsoft 40mm grenade? if so please can you tell me witch one it is i am not planning on making one but just would like to know.

That one is a deactivated real one, which uses M203 grenades to propel apparently :D

My regular haunt was using 40mm motars but i know they are having trouble getting hold of them at the moment. Good in game though

I use my m79 sawn off to launch nades, not great in woods due to trees but awesome over buildings and open areas

First and Only have mortars which work by special grenades, struck and placed in the tube. No other prepartion or pyrotechnics needed, just goes off and launches

The video doesnt capture the sound very well.. Stirling video does where you can see us using the mortar to take out building 19, though every time they fired it seemed to bury itself in the mud?!
