G+P,CA,ICS,which solid stock M4 is best?

i have been looking at solid stock M4 rifles (that can take a large battery). budget is no more than £350 new and would also like to add internal upgrades fo greater power (350fps) and accuracey. I could really use some advice on which make of solid stock M4 is best because they all seem basically the same to me. And also which internal parts are best to upgrade in order to increase accuracy and power? (not worried about ROF)

G&P for externals but needs a few touches doing to internals
CA for internals and performance out of the box

I'll say G&P as you can fit a 9.6 3700 mah battery in it as opposed to the TM type ones where they have "lugs" to hold the batt in place.

I had a CA M15a4 Tactical Carbine about three years ago and that was a nice bit of kit, it worked brilliantly out of the box....I wish i never sold it.....
