    Hi Ben,

    That's an interesting one. There are a number of factors to consider. If you are working as an independent section with no other sections in support in the form of membership of an organic platoon then any casualties will result in almost certain mission failure. If on the other hand you are working in conjunction with the rest of the organic platoon then the 3rd section can deal with any casualties and resupply the section/s with men once the casualties have been removed from the organisation of those specific sections.

    Again, it all comes down to organisation plus an understanding of force ratios which would need to be gone through during the mission planning phase.

    It's an interesting situation and can be addressed when sections get together and work out what the best organisational system would be to address this issue.

      To all the guys who attended the training day (/afternoon by the time everyone had unlost themselves) at the farm last weekend - well done, great day, shame we couldn't get 25 but 21 was ample. I'll be in touch about the next one.
