Double Stacked Midcaps
18 January, 2009, 20:21
Hi, an interesting thing i found when skirmishing today is that my M16 double stacked mags all fed perfectly without a single jam. Whenever i test fired them at my house they would always jam. I'm pretty sure it was to do with the cold weather that made the plastic contract thus allowing the bbs to move freely.
Anyone else find this to be the case?

Re: Double Stacked Midcaps
Never heard of that mate. Your explaination is just, but it could also be that you are constantly knocking your mags in a skirmish, which frees up jams.

Re: Double Stacked Midcaps
Maybe, but on more than one occasion i fired off a whole mag without knocking it to free up potential jams. Or it could just be as you said, or i knocked them about when in the pouches.

Yup, and give the springs a stretch, Don't go nuts, but enough so that it's difficult to get them back in.
